Anyones Ghost Film

By Claire Gormley

This is the story of Emily, a young girl who lived and died during the Second World War and her search for a place in the modern world. She remains here, helping the living to overcome their problems. She has developed an intricate and deep relationship with Reilly, a 29 year old man who is dealing with overcoming the loss of his wife. We see their friendship, their trust and their efforts to help one another in both life and the after.

This film is being created by the first year students of Ballyfermot film school. My name is Claire Gormley, producer of "Anyone's Ghost". This is our first large scale film and we would really appreciate your help in making it as interesting and entertaining as possible! With your help we hope to bring this film to as large an audience as possible by holding screenings and entering it into various festivals. The money will go towards transport, food, equipment and all of the other necessary elements to bring our vision to life.

So far we have raised 800euro through hosting a very successful movie table quiz in early March. This money has been used to fund the shooting of the film. We hope to raise 400euro more to help with post-production, editing and the hosting of some screenings of our film. That's where you wonderful people come in. We plan on having a screening of our film in early June when all of our hard work is done!! Exact dates will be finalised in the next few weeks.

Any help that you can give us would be greatly appreciated and will help us on our way to creating something that we can all be proud of. Thank you very much.
