This is the story of Ape, written by Michael Lawlor, to be directed by Aaron Woods. It is about a young man, Eamon Dempsey, derisively nicknamed Ape, who, trapped in a small town with no options, makes a drastic choice. This film means a great deal to us and we hope with your help to get it off the ground in the very near future. Any contribution you can make, even as little as 10 euro, would be greatly appreciated and go a long way in helping us to make this film.

With your help we are confident that we can reach our goal of €1,000. All of the money will be put towards paying actors, covering production and travel costs. Whatever is left over will be used for festival submission fees. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

It is always difficult finding the money for a film as people are understandably cautious when backing new filmmakers and actors.
