After Michael loses his job as a stop/go man and is replaced by set of traffic lights, he is involved in a near death experience. Waking up in a hospital bed, he is greeted by a jovial Saint Peter who takes a bewildered Michael on a tour of rural Cavan. Can Michael rediscover his love of life in the most unlikely of places?

“I died and went to Cavan” – this script has been chosen as one of the final year graduation shorts on the film degree course in Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT).
Why we need your help:
- We are extremely passionate about this project and are committed to creating a high quality short film we can be proud of.
- As it is a student production, our means are limited and we need to raise some funding to help pay for the costs of equipment, props, transport and catering for our actors and distribution fees
-100% of the funds raised will go directly into the production
We would be extremely grateful for your contribution to this project. We have been working really hard on pre-production, test shoots & production design and just need a little extra financial help to get this project over the line and make it the best it can possibly be!
We are hoping to raise a minimum of €500 over the next 2 weeks to help cover all the remaining production costs but ideally if we could raise €800, it would help us with film festival fees and a printed press pack to help get our film out there in the big bad world for all to see!
Thanks so much,
From all the crew at I died and went to Cavan
