In The Willows Debut Album

By In The Willows

The purpose of this Fund it campaign is to raise funds for the mastering, packaging, duplication and promotion of our debut album 'Before Everybody Disappears'.

Formed in late 2011 as an acoustic trio, In The Willows has since grown to a six piece folk band that has established themselves as one of the best upcoming bands in the country. Festivals appearances at Castlepalooza and Indiependence were followed by an appearance in Whelans, Dublin for the final of the national battle of the bands Red Bull Bedroom Jam competition.

The Waterford band's debut EP 'Long Time Listener' received regular airplay on both local and national radio and has received a number of extremely positive reviews from Hot Press Magazine as well as some of the country's leading music websites. A national tour at the end of 2012, which included an appearance at the Other Voices Music Trail, was followed by an award for Best Newcomer at the Music Review Unsigned Awards ceremony which wrapped up a fantastic first 10 months for the band. In The Willows were selected for the final four of the Meteor & Today FM 'Grab A Grand competition and were featured artists on the Paul McLoone show.

In The Willows debut single 'Rowing Boats' released in May 2013 received regular radio airplay and included a successful mini tour around this beautiful country.

With our next single 'Sirens' set to be released this March with accompanying video, we now need your help to release our debut album, 'Before Everybody Disappears' has been recorded and mixed by the extremely talented Martin Murray but we need help with packaging, duplication and promotion.

This is our debut album and we would like it to be heard by as many ears as possible. With your help this may be achievable. So hopefully you can help out with a few squids. We hope the album will be released in April 2014, all going well.

Much love,
