Hello! We are Nothing New Under The Sun, and we're a five person band from Cork. In March of 2014 we released our debut single, Carolina, which made a great impact on iTunes charts and really put Nothing New Under The Sun on the map. Some of our biggest fans are in the U.K, America and Australia, which is really touching for us, being a group from the south of Ireland!

We've been working on material for our debut E.P, Smalltown Rain, for the bones of two years. We're finally happy that we have a collection of songs that will really connect with people, artistically and personally. We absolutely love playing live shows and meeting our audience but, now that we're ready to record Smalltown Rain, we want to pull out all the stops. We want to reach a bigger audience, play on better stages and give this great collection of songs and stories the very best chance of being received at the highest possible level - and we need your help to achieve this.

We are thrilled to be booked in to work with producer Christian Best in July of this year. Christian is famous for his work with Mick Flannery, The Hard Ground and many other great Irish acts – we feel that with his guiding hand, Smalltown Rain will have the very best start possible. We need YOUR help to proceed - we need funding to assist us with the production, duplication, distribution and P.R that is necessary for Smalltown Rain to reach the right hands. You'll be helping our work to fulfil its journey as a piece of art, and you'll be helping us to take the next step as artists and performers, too.
