As you can see from our video we were doing well until we ran out of money.
Hence, we could do with your help.
"Pockets" is a dark comedy starring Mary McEvoy (wow!) and Lochlainn McKenna (me) as two strangers who meet on a rural bench and find a connection through the unlikeliest of similarities.
About "me", I'm an actor/writer/director/producer/casting director/editor/everythinger and general film enthusiast. I've worked on a host of things in different capacities from commercials to features and documentaries to stage shows. Next challenge? Make a short that's funny, touching and long-lasting.
I'm directing (as well as acting, yikes!) with the sturdiest, strongest, most professional production team behind me imaginable and these guys deserve a few bob, let me tell you.
Movies are expensive, along with many other things (see our video!). And the money you donate will assure we can afford to fund our little film. Your money will even go as far as allowing us to get people to watch the film at film festivals (how nice!)
So at this point I think it would be remiss of me not to make a pun on pockets so, eh, thank you all so much for emptying your pockets...(sorry)
Thanks to everyone who was involved in the making of our crazy video:
