We are We Banjo 3, a quartet comprised of 2 sets of brothers from Galway, Ireland. We are embarking on an exciting new project, our second studio album. Our debut album “Roots of the Banjo Tree” was released in 2012 and went on to garner a host of awards including the prestigious ‘Irish Times Traditional Album of the Year’. Since then we have been fortunate enough to be able to perform for and meet many new friends all over the world. We are hoping that you will join us and become part of the process of producing our new recording.
To help us, please select an amount which corresponds to one of the rewards below. We can sort out details such as sizes etc once we cross the finish line. We are returning to the studio where we produced our first album, Sonas Studios on the beautiful Lough Guitane in Killarney, Co. Kerry with the incredible Tony O'Flaherty. The album will then be mastered in California by Tony’s talented brother Ruairi.
We look forward to seeing you all on our travels in 2014. Help to spread the banjo love!
From,
David, Enda, Fergal and Martin
Thank you!

Would you like to personally choose and vote for our new T-shirt design? We will shortly be launching a contest on 99designs.com and will end up with quite a number of different t shirt design options. If you would like to take part in the final decision we will include you in an online poll. You can view all the designs offered by graphic designers around the world and tell us your favourite. As this is a reward additional to the listed rewards on the left we need to easily identify you if you choose to participate. Therefore, click fundit to make your pledge and at the bottom of the screen you can submit your own amount. For this T-shirt reward and a signed copy of the album enter the amount €27.30. This will be easily identifiable in the final rewards list. We will then include your email in the T shirt poll and you can have your say!! It's almost like joining the band!Update posted on Wednesday 5th March '14 @ 03:03:39
