'Songs for Rossport' are a group of people who have come together in solidarity with the people of northwest Mayo in their struggle to protect the beautiful wilds of Mayo. We have all been greatly moved by the land of Erris and the spirit of resilience of its community. We were aware of the great amount of songs, poetry and verse written over the years of the campaign and felt it should be gathered together as a historical record so that the voices and cry for justice could be heard by all.
